For investors

SIP HOMES® produces and builds high-quality, energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly premium homes at competitive prices in the Swedish, Finnish and Spanish markets.

SIP HOMES® has developed a unique and patent-pending concept and manufacturing process for insulated buildings that offer low energy consumption and minimal environmental impact. Patent applications were filed in 2017 and are ongoing. Our concept is based on a construction system with self-supporting steel frames and on which SIP panels are mounted. Our panels are prefabricated in our Latvian factory and with new Krauss Maffei machines from Germany, we will soon reach a production capacity of 750,000 m2 per year. SIP panels offer flexibility, excellent insulation, shorter delivery and construction time, are easy to build and have long life.

SIP HOMES® works with its own architects, own project management, land development, construction staff and transport companies. Thus, we provide a complete turnkey in-house solution for all our projects that benefit from the entire value chain, while ensuring a high quality standard and rapid implementation of the projects. This structure, production capacity and our know-how enable us to expand business and local project partners quickly and flexibly and ensure the return on our investors.

TYLÖ

People all over the world have always enjoyed heat in different ways, using everything from saunas and steam rooms to banyas and hammams to feel better, look better and to spend time relaxing with loved ones.

The modern sauna of today merges a lot of these traditions, bringing all the benefits of heat and steam into your home – so you can enjoy them daily.

To realize this we at SIP HOMES® have chosen to collaborate with the Finnish owned company Tylö. They offer cutting edge sauna technology with the goal of user satisfaction. This combined with and complete interior in cedar wood creates a very exclusive feel.

NIKO

Our society is changing more rapidly and radically than ever before. In the last few years, we have clearly seen a number of trends develop. Being more efficient with our energy consumption, for example, has become an important priority. Changing family situations, such as extended families, require individual solutions. Because people are living longer lives and remaining in their homes longer, their houses must be adapted to meet their changing needs.

Switches and socket outlets are well-known products from Niko’s range. Niko also provides lighting control systems, home automation, service platforms and applications for telemedicine to provide solutions for the new challenges of our society.

Light Support

We also have a close cooperation with Linda Petersdottir from Light Support. Linda belongs to the absolute top of lightdesigners in scandinavia and she is also an educated interior designer SIR/MSA. With her long experience in both national and international projects we see that she increase the quality and brings forward something unique in each project.
